London, UK –  13 August 2025 – Sorbie Bornholm LP (“Sorbie”), a UK investment fund, is pleased to announce that Tocvan Ventures Corp. (“Tocvan”) (CSE: TOC; OTCQB: TCVNF; WKN: TV3/A2PE64) has received approximately 39% additional cash from the Sharing Agreement in the most recent monthly settlement, without the issuance of any new shares. This follows an all-time high in Tocvan’s trading volume in a given day, and a 52-week high in share price.

Tocvan recently announced a major development for the Company: permit approval for a 50,000-tonne pilot mine facility at its flagship Gran Pilar Gold-Silver Project in Sonora, Mexico. Combined with previously secured drilling and trenching permits, the Company is now fully authorized to advance both pilot mine development and exploration across its 100% controlled ground.

The pilot mine facility will feature a hydrometallurgical processing plant and 50,000-tonne heap leach pad and enable Tocvan to test and optimize extraction methods, generate early cash flow potential, and capitalize on recent high-grade drill results, including 6.1 meters of 5.4 g/t Au and 39 g/t Ag, and 3.1 meters of 19.4 g/t Au near surface. Metallurgical work has demonstrated recovery rates of up to 99% gold and 97% silver.

With record-high gold prices recently surpassing USD $3,400/oz, driven by central bank demand and global market uncertainty, Tocvan is strategically positioned to fast-track Gran Pilar toward production while maximizing shareholder value. Near-term objectives include advancing the pilot mine to operation, executing a maiden resource estimate, and continuing aggressive exploration on high-priority targets.

Sorbie and Tocvan entered into Sharing Agreements dated 24 April 2024 and 10 December 2024. This structure enables Tocvan to retain substantial economic interest in the Subscription Shares while accessing consistent, and often non-dilutive funding to accelerate development and exploration.
